  • "I had a rear tire falure on I-495 and the bike wobbled wildly and finally got it to the side of the road but dropped it. My Ultra Classic had some damage and needed a rear tire and based on a recomndation from a super nice guy at that helped us out on the highway, we had the bike towed to American. They not only had the tire I needed but gave me ice packs for my wife's ankle. The service Manager Bryan Mannila handled the repair in a super fast and professional way, we were on the road in about two hours.... yes two hours! John in service changed out the tire and fixed a few things, and gave it a 5 mile road test to be sure everything was working the way it should. Outstanding Customer Service, friendly employees, professional mechanics, is what you will find here, you can't go wrong."

  • "I got a flat rear tire on my 2019 Street Glide Special 2 days before going on a vacation. I called 2 dealers closer to me who couldn't take the bike in for two weeks. I called American and they picked up at 11:00am and returned the bike at 3:30pm with a new new tire. There customer service, attitude and super quick performance saved my vacation! I would highly recommend this family run and very friendly Harley dealer!"

From the first day that I walked thru the doors of American Harley Davidson, I was treated like family. I felt as a customer that I was important and never felt belittled when I asked a simple question on how to do a simple repair or proper name for a part as I have been in larger dealerships. Everyone at the dealership is the same, always going above and beyond to help you. Even during COVID-19, they met you at the dealership when you needed a part, still with contact precautions, but they made it happen. American Harley Davidson will always be my go to dealership.   • "While travelling through New England from Georgia, we had an oil leak on the bike. Another rider saw us on the side of the road and put us in touch with American Harley. In less than three hours, they picked us up off the road and brought us to the shop, replaced the oil sending unit on the bike and had us back on the road....and did not charge us an arm and leg. Very great service from very good people. The entire team at American Harley is top notch. I can not say enough good things about these people or the service they provided for me and my wife!!"

We drove from Gloucester, MA and sure enough, the transaction went so smoothly and better than expected. We are so impressed with this dealership that the 1.5 hour drive one way is well worth, and we will be back. John is an exceptional employee, and we also enjoyed his coworker, Chris Plewinski.   • "Honesty and respect is something these days is hard to find. In this day of high pressure sales along with pushy employees is something you won't get at American HD. Instead you will find a much welcomed hands on and one on one dealership. They have a great parts department that will go the extra mile to help you find the part or accessory you need. Their service department and their techs make the time to explain what your bike needs and doesn't push unnecessary work. This is an Old School dealership and is very hard to find. The owner and employees have a lot of pride in their dealership but mostly respect for the person walking in the door."
