  • "I purchased a new Sportster 883 in 1997 while I was stationed at Fort Devens. The sales experience was excellent. I had the 1200 conversion and most of the performance work done here. The service department is also excellent, since I never had any issues. In fact, years later while I lived in Revere, I would still bring my bike back to American HD because I was tired of the larger dealerships' inability to service my bike timely, and satisfy me as a customer. I am still in the Army; currently stationed at Fort Meade, MD. Whenever I return to the area, I love the fact that I still receive a discount on parts and clothes. Several years ago, I was stationed in Alabama, and was still receiving your newsletter! In my travels around this great country, I have yet to find an HD dealership that's as complete and efficient as American Harley-Davidson."
