  • "While travelling through New England from Georgia, we had an oil leak on the bike. Another rider saw us on the side of the road and put us in touch with American Harley. In less than three hours, they picked us up off the road and brought us to the shop, replaced the oil sending unit on the bike and had us back on the road....and did not charge us an arm and leg. Very great service from very good people. The entire team at American Harley is top notch. I can not say enough good things about these people or the service they provided for me and my wife!!"

  • "I can't say enough good things about this dealership. It is the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had when purchasing a motorcycle. I was treated like a king the moment I walked in the door. No pressure sales, and answers to questions were handled immediately. Service squeezed me in the next day to install crash bars on my purchase. What a great group of folks. I'm so happy with my new heritage classic. I was able to take it off the show room floor and drive it before I purchased it, no strings attached. The dealership is clean, well laid out, and the coffee was worth the trip :). This is THE place to go for sales or service. I know this is my new home. Thanks folks!"

  • "Been doing business here for over 30 years. The best folks you can find. Sales, (bought several bikes here) service is great. They always do their best to get you in. Parts folks are extremely knowledgeable and if they don’t have it they can find it for you. As long as I’m riding they’re my dealers"

  • "We had been searching for a set of shocks for our 1998 Harley Road King Classic. We called dealership after dealership, and finally found American Harley Davidson in Leominster, MA. John Zajac, Assistant Parts Manager was fantastic, and deserves recognition for his "top-notch" performance. He actually found the part we needed, placed it on hold, and promised to meet us in the morning. He did not even want a deposit! We drove from Gloucester, MA and sure enough, the transaction went so smoothly and better than expected. We are so impressed with this dealership that the 1.5 hour drive one way is well worth, and we will be back. John is an exceptional employee, and we also enjoyed his coworker, Chris Plewinski. It was a pleasure to do business with two exceptional individuals. Both were extremely knowledgeable, and obviously just love what they are doing. Thumbs up to this dealership!"

  • "American HD has survived many decades, for one reason. Phil’s interest is in getting you on a Harley, and taking care of you and your purchase. Most dealers are mainly in it for the money, building glamorous mega-dealerships, which you get to pay for. Keeping his overhead reasonable, he helps more enthusiasts get on 2 wheels, including me! Thank you, Phil, Marlene, and crew!"

  • "Honesty and respect is something these days is hard to find. In this day of high pressure sales along with pushy employees is something you won't get at American HD. Instead you will find a much welcomed hands on and one on one dealership. They have a great parts department that will go the extra mile to help you find the part or accessory you need. Their service department and their techs make the time to explain what your bike needs and doesn't push unnecessary work. This is an Old School dealership and is very hard to find. The owner and employees have a lot of pride in their dealership but mostly respect for the person walking in the door."

  • "Wanted to say thanks to everyone at American. Dropped of my low rider for a 1k service and a malfunctioning horn. Had to order parts for the horn but they gave me the bike back to be able to keep riding while part was ordered. Brought bike back at my convenience for horn but found there was another problem. All the guys in service bent over backwards to fix it while I was there unfortunately time ran out for the day. They kept the bike and worked on it first thing the next day where after a short time they found the problem, made the repair and notified me that it was ready to be picked up. From the very first time I walked in the door I was made to feel like they were all my new best friends. Sales, parts, service, clothing and everyone else are the best at what they do. Will keep coming back. Keep up the great work. Thanks for all your help."

  • "Dont you hate it when you walk into a Harley dealer and the sales staff is on you like seeds on a strawberry? That is NOT how it is at American HD. You can walk in and look around without being attacked. It's kind of nice. If you want help, they are there to help you and make buying a bike easy peasy. I've been in 6 or 8 times thinking about upgrading and no one bothered me. They just let me look around. Then when I decided to buy, i walked in, sat down and told them what I wanted to do. In no time we had worked out a deal that worked for everyone and I bought a new bike. That is how it is supposed to be."

  • "I had the 40,000 mile service done on my 2007 Road King FLHP. ( which wasn't originally purchased there) During the service the tech found many issues that I never would have. Transmission was sloppy and in danger of failing, broken engine mount, Belt drive sprocket missing teeth, etc., he kept me updated on costs and always informed me before proceeding. Additionally, whenever I stop in for another Accessory, its in stock. The people here treat the customers like family, I always have a good experience stopping in."

  • "Just got my 2017 Street Glide Special delivered today, Big shout out to Fran, Phil, JC and the rest of the people at American Harley. You guys are the best, this is my 3rd bike and I have been going there since 92! Nobody does better than you guys and I would never go anywhere else! Fran does an excellent job at sales and it is always great to talk to Phil and Marlene and the rest of the crew. Now I just wish they could make the weather warm up so I could ride this work of art!"

  • "I have been doing buissnes with American now for 6 years and they are awsome. I have bought two brand new bikes from them. I traded in my softail deluxe for a 2017 street glide special. They gave me a great value for my trade and Fran and Phil and the entire staff work with you and treat you great. Fran is totally cool and and i enjoyed wheeling and dealing with her. lol lol. I got my deal and checked out other dealers and no one could touch Americans deal for the same exact bike not to mention the personal service and attention. American will always have my buissnes. Thanks again American."

  • "My American experience all started back when I was 21 years old in 1978. I had bought a 1975 HD Sportser from a private party and decided to use American for service. They treated me as if I were their best customer, despite the fact that I did not purchase the bike from them. They even gave me a discount on parts and accessories. So when the time came to upgrade, I knew that I would buy my new bike from American. I went to see Phil, who I believe may have been the only person in the sales department at that time. He looked at my trade-in and gave me a great deal on the first 1979 low rider of the season that just come into the shop. By the way, the MSRP on the bike was $4695.00! I sold that bike around 1983 and went ride-less for the next 27 years, a decision that I so deeply regret now. By the time I hit 50, I had the fever again and I got back in the game in April of 2010 with a used 05 Softtail Deluxe. As you might expect, I used American for all my service and, after 3 seasons of enjoying that ride, it was time for a new Street Glide. I was experiencing a weak moment one morning so I drove up to American to talk to Phil. Within 15 minutes we had a deal put together on a brand new 2013. Like most fans of the HD brand, I like to stop at other dealers to look around and maybe buy a tee shirt but that's where it stops for me. I can't stand being swamped by salespersons on commission who try to get your phone number when you are just looking around. The sales team at American is always willing to answer questions and help, but they are not annoyingly aggressive. The clothing, parts and service teams are all great to do business with and really treat you as one of the family. Because of all this, the only place that I would ever buy or service my bike is at American."

  • "Provided great service and flexibility in servicing my deluxe. I would recommend Leominster Harley. This is my dealer.... even though there is a dealer closer. Closer dealer in ma provided bad service and sales in 2011. I have never gone back."
